This month, Realme announced the Realme X7 5G smartphone. Like the original, the Realme V15 5G phone is a rebranded version of the Realme V15 phone that launched in China in January. The Realme X7 5G is the most affordable 5G phone in India at Rs 19,999. In a recent tweet, Realme India CEO Madhav Sheth suggested that the company should lower the price of smartphones. Thus, it appears that the company will soon launch a new smartphone at a cheaper price than the Realme X7 5G. Perhaps a new Narzo 30 series phone will soon dethrone the Realme X7 5G to become the cheapest smartphone in the country.
Remarkably, the company has recently begun teasing the Narzo 30 series. There is expected to be three models in the lineup including Narzo Smart 30, Narzo Smart 30A, and Narzo Smart 30 Pro. Among the three phones, it has been rumored that the Pro model will arrive with 5G connectivity.
A new Chinese model produced by a company called Realme was approved by China’s TENAA telecommunications agency. The 6.5-inch punch-hole display, side-mounted fingerprint reader, triple camera system, Android 11 OS, and 4,880mAh battery were found in the 5G-ready phone. The other aspects of the device have remained undisclosed.
At this time, there is no specific date for the launch of the Narzo 30 series. If the Narzo 30 series indeed arrives with 5G support, it may affect the sales of the Realme X7 5G. Hence, the company may announce it after teasing it for a few more weeks. Realme followed up with the introduction of the Narzo and Narzo 10 in Q2 of 2020. This means that the chance of the company announcing the Narzo 30 series in Q2 is high.
