OnePlus Buds Set to Launch on July 21 with OnePlus Nord

OnePlus on Monday said the OnePlus Buds would be released on July 21, when the OnePlus Nord unveiling took place. The OnePlus Buds, OnePlus’ first truly wireless earphones, is said to “supply high-quality audio streaming and easy-to-use on-the-go functionality, cutting all wires for a completely free listening experience.” OnePlus Nord is expected to be an “open smartphone” with the company hosting an AR event on July 21 to announce the product. It should be remembered that the company released the first Bluetooth headset, the OnePlus Bullets Wireless in 2017 preceded in early 2020 by the Bullets Wireless Z.

OnePlus Buds to Deliver High-Quality Audio Playback

OnePlus in a release said it “continued to explore ways with OnePlus and other mobile devices to offer a more refined audio experience and seamless communication.

“With the new OnePlus Buds, we are further expanding our product range that will give our users a burden-free experience,” said Pete Lau, OnePlus’ founder, and CEO, in a statement. “The perfect mix of excellent sound quality, smooth communication, and easy-to-use interface is what our customers are searching for. This is just what the OnePlus Buds are going to do.

It is confirmed that the system will arrive in Black and in two other color varints like White and Blue. It’s also said that Active Noise Cancelation (ANC) will feature in the app.

Tuomas Lampen, Head of Strategy, OnePlus Europe, said in a tweet, “Been testing for the past two weeks and must say the sound quality is awesome.

OnePlus to Live Nord Unveiling on 21 July

The company also stressed that the OnePlus Buds will be unveiled on July 21 along with OnePlus Nord via a live AR experience. The live stream is officially available via the OnePlus Nord AR app, which can be downloaded from Google Play and Apple App Store.
