New iMac will have a big display.

According to a known tipter l0vetodream’s tweet (via MacRumors), the upcoming Apple iMac would most likely have a 32-inch monitor, similar to the Apple Pro Display XDR. “The iMac’s screen is very huge, larger than the largest one,” the tweet says. The launch of the “tall” iMac will be part of a long-overdue redesign of the Apple iMac collection. The new iMac is expected to replace existing models with a new design and improved performance.

Though we don’t have many specifics on the forthcoming iMacs, they are supposed to have slimmer bezels and probably no metal chin. This will look identical to the new Pro Show XDR. In terms of features, the devices are likely to be operated by Apple’s own silicon, which may be the M1 or a new one that will be launched alongside it.

Previous rumors say that the latest iMacs would be available in a variety of pastel colors, similar to the iMacs that were released years earlier, the iPhone 11, and even the new iPad Air. The new iMacs are expected to be released later this year, most likely in conjunction with the iPhone 13 launch event scheduled for September. Since we don’t have precise information, you can take the above with a grain of salt and wait for official details to emerge. Stay tuned as we will keep you updated.
