Apple Beats 1 Radio Changes to Apple Music 1, New Radio Stations Launched

Beats 1 which is Apple’s flagship global radio station was renamed Music 1. Apple also announced two new Apple Music radio stations which will be offered to music fans in 165 countries worldwide. The two newly launched radio stations are-Apple Music Hits and Apple Music Country. Beats 1 has given music lovers of their favorite artists a lot of interesting interviews and discussions so far. This strategy will be held the same and even applied to the introduction of new platforms.

Apple Beats 1 Renamed as Apple Music 1

Zane Lowe, the global creative director and host of Apple Music said, “Apple Music is home — it’s home to artists, it’s home to fans and it’s home to great music.” That’s just a name change and nothing more. Currently , Apple will not change the platform in any way. Apple Music 1 features many shows that seek to celebrate Latin music all over the world. There is a show called ‘Africa Now Radio with Cuppy’ and it features some of the best African musicians and artists in the region.

Apple Music Hits

Apple Music Hits are being introduced to serve the music lovers with nostalgia. This has a catalog of all the popular and famous songs from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s. In addition to the albums, new shows will be launched which will focus on the journey of the artists and songs featured on the Music Hits. New exclusive shows will come from popular singers and bands like Snoop Dog, Shania Twain, Backstreet Boys and more.

Apple Music Country

Apple Music Country will bring onto the platform some of the best country songs and artists. Country Music has evolved over time and with this platform Apple aims to showcase the world’s future country music artists. This platform will, along with that, remind people of the iconic country songs and artists that have been at the top during their time. You can enjoy Apple Music radio via various Apple devices and also through its web platform.
